Pricing listed on the website is a starting point unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on the size of the website, number of devices, support needs, project scope, urgency, and third-party costs.
Website projects and larger service requests will be scoped before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote or approval before continuing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to needed accounts or systems, timely feedback, and any required licenses, subscriptions, hosting, hardware, or third-party services.
IT Nexyra works to resolve issues carefully and professionally, but some problems may depend on hardware condition, internet providers, software vendors, third-party platforms, or factors outside IT Nexyra's control.
IT Nexyra does not guarantee specific search rankings, uninterrupted website availability, complete recovery of lost data, or that every technical issue can be resolved. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of service.
Monthly plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. One-time projects may require notice before cancellation. Work already completed, scheduled costs, or third-party expenses may still be billable.
